All prices are in Australian Dollars excluding GST - subject to change without notice. Service is only extended to orders within main land Australia & Tasmania - we do not fulfill international orders.


Terms & Conditions - By using the Bag Mart web site and/or other services, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms & Conditions"). If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions please do not use the site. Bag Mart Australia ("We") reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this web site and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Whilst there has been every effort made to ensure this web site is accurate in the representation and specification of the products, pricing and delivery, there may be errors. If you find any errors, please contact us so we can continue to improve this web site. The information and images contained in this web site are solely to inform users of this web site and cannot guarantee product usefulness or otherwise.


Privacy - On some pages, you may order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The information collected for these sections is strictly confidential and only shared with shippers and payment processors as needed. The types of personal information collected at these pages are: Your Name - Billing and Shipping Address(es) - Email address - Phone number. Credit Card details are not stored at this web site address - ANZ eGate is the payment gateway. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. Your IP address may also be logged. IP addresses may be used in fraud prevention and/or to prosecute perpetrators of fraud or other abuses. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Order Processing - Approved Credit Card payment orders are usually processed within 24hrs. Invoiced EFT & Deposit payment orders are usually processed within 2 working days of full payment clearance to the Bag Mart bank account. We reserve the right to refuse any orders soley at our discretion and without prior notification or explanation, at any time during the order process.


Dispatch - dispatch is normally within 48 hrs from full payment clearance.


Delivery - The first carton in each single order is calculated on a post code area rate, with each additional carton charged at a flat extra rate. Delivery is non-insured via the courier deemed best by us for your delivery area. The delivery address nominated in the checkout form must be a street address in attendance by an authorised person to sign for the goods during business hours. All Bag Mart delivery responsibility ends once the goods are picked up by the courier or any person, or leave the warehouse or our possession. There may be extra charges due to your action or inaction regarding delivery details and receipt availability. Ownership of goods transfers only when goods are paid in full including any extra charges.


Damaged or Faulty Goods - you must notify us within 7 days if your goods are not working, faulty or have been mis-picked. We do not send out replacement goods before receiving the goods to the warehouse for inspection. Do not return goods without contacting us first for approval. Please ensure all goods and packaging is in original condition before returning. Returns are at the customers expense. If tested at the warehouse to be found in normal condition, the goods will be held for collection or re-shipping at the customers discretion and expense.


Returns & Refunds - YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS of DELIVERY BEFORE RETURNING ANY GOODS. If there is a valid case for a return, we will give written return approval. Any goods returned without written approval will not be processed. If the goods are returned in thier original condition, inspected and assessed to qualify as either faulty, damaged or an incorrect order fullfilment, either a replacement of the returned goods or a refund to the proportional value, limited to the single order value amount of the returned goods including return freight costs will be actioned. Compensation on goods damaged in transit from mishandling or loss, are the sole responsibility of the associated courier company and must be sought by the customer directly. If the goods are approved for return due to incorrect ordering, a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged, plus return freight and any damages or missing product at cost.


Stock - we cannot guarantee 100% that stock will always be immediately available - sometimes items become out of stock before or during the ordering process. We will notify you of this ASAP if this is the case and arrange a back-order or refund for same. 


Liability - Bag Mart is not liable to their customers or users of this web site, for any special, consequential or indirect loss or damage arising from or in relation to any good or service acquired from us. Bag Mart has no liability to their customers or users of this web site, for any loss of profits, or opportunity, any internal costs you incur, or any data you lose resulting from any goods or services acquired from us. These terms are governed by the laws of NSW exclusively within 3 months of any claim or action.
